Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras, also known as MCYO, is a nationally recognized youth orchestra program serving youth in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.  They will be become the resident youth orchestra program in the new Strathmore Hall Performing Arts Center planned to open on 2004.
